Stock Madness 2005: Netflix vs. Sirius

Stock Madness 2005: Netflix vs. Sirius

And so it ends. Here. Now. With the unlikeliest of unlikely finals. Sirius vs. Netflix. One is an outrageously overvalued satellite radio company. And the other is a movie rental business in decline.

To get here, each of us has had to sink a lot of the kind of 30-footers that propelled Vermont over my Syracuse Orange in the real version of this tournament. We’re both a little like those spirited West Virginia Mountaineers, who just kept launching, and hitting, shots from beyond the arc in game after game after game. Talk about madness.

I think sirus sattellite radio is an overall better pick for the younger crowd (16-26) now a days. Sirus has a wider variety of more the pop rock, alternative and rap, selection of songs than XM has shown on there stations. More and more kids will listen to the satellite radio than the generation before us, which i thought XM has done a better job with the (older crowd) but lets face it, we are the future and as i was a kid growing up all through high school, pimping out your car was and still is the thing to do. Such as 20″ spinners, tinted windows, exhaust, 15″ subwoofer, and a GOOD RADIO SYSTEM. Kids now a days will find away to get the money and buy a sirus satellite radio. Since it’s clearly the best for there listening needs and the best is what they want.
