Ripken to Be Voice of Game On XM Radio

Cal Ripken will give some major league clout to XM Satellite Radio, which today will launch the nation’s first 24-hour radio channel devoted exclusively to major league baseball.

The former Orioles great, who holds the record for consecutive games played, will host a weekly show on MLB Home Plate starting in March. Joining him will be his brother, former infielder Billy Ripken.
